As a spokesman for the residential remodeling industry, Mark Richardson has been featured as a columnist and contributor for publications such as Professional Remodeler, Professional Builder, Residential Lighting, Big Grower, and Think Business. His insights have appeared in Money, The Washington Post, Better Homes and Gardens, Fortune and various other business-related publications. Mark was inducted into NAHB's Hall of Fame, which honors individuals’ lifetime achievements in making a lasting impression in remodeling. He was also honored as Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year” for the Real Estate and Construction sector. He hosted the radio show “Our House” for ten years, appeared as a guest on HGTV programs, launched a national franchise business and created the "Remodeling Live" tour. In addition to the creating the "30-Day Remodeling Fitness" program, Mark published the best-selling book, "How Fit is Your Business?"

A veteran of the remodeling and building material industries, Sam Imhof is Principal at S. William Imhof and Associates, a private consulting firm in Wilmington, Delaware. Sam co-founded his first business in 1988 – a specialty millwork retailer and remodeling contracting company with two showroom locations. In 2003, Sam joined the Case Design/Remodeling organization where he served as director of the franchise business overseeing 60 franchise units that produced over $50M in sales. In addition to his consulting practice, Sam shares his expertise and insight as a national speaker and a columnist for Qualified Remodeler Magazine.

Steve Mouzon is a principal of Mouzon Design and the founder of the New Urban Guild. He recently published The Original Green, a book that documents the compatibility between sustainable design and traditional building practice. Mouzon has authored and contributed to a number of other publications, including Biltmore Estate Homes, Traditional Construction Patterns, and A Living Tradition [Architecture of the Bahamas]. He has an active private practice and serves as the Town Architect for several new urbanist developments. He is a frequent leader and participant in charities throughout the United States.

Patrick L. O’Toole is editorial director and publisher of Professional Builder, a 75-year-old publication read by 112,000 builders each month. In his capacity, he is also responsible for the editorial direction of Professional Remodeler magazine and www.HousingZone.com. Previously, O’Toole served as editor and publisher of Qualified Remodeler magazine and started his career as a reporter for the Associated Press in Chicago. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University and a Master of Arts degree in journalism from Columbia College.

Rob Heselbarth is the editorial director for Qualified Remodeler, Residential Building Product News and Residential Design + Build magazines and their online properties. As editorial director, he shares design trends, best business practices and product information with more than 120,000 housing industry professionals. Heselbarth began his career as a newspaper reporter and has spent most of his career connecting with construction professionals through trade magazines and e-media.
